“ Eve's is our go to breakfast spot in Carson. They have been open for a while now and have made themselves a staple in the community. The inside is decorated very nicely, mostly boho themed. They have a wide variety of drinks at the bar and offer lots of breakfast and lunch choices. They also have a cool to-go pasta dinner special. We always order the two egg breakfast and a few kids plates. The side order of biscuits and gravy is plenty and their biscuits are great. The portion sizes are enough to feed 2 on most plates! Service here has always been pretty good. Never had any major issues. ”
“ Returned with my teenage son & hubby. The Bloody Mary was great, and not overpriced. Carnitas tacos...yum! Loved the single tortillas that were cooked just right so they held together....hmmmm, and pickled red onion. My hubby wanted a light meal, so ordered the regular sized oxtail soup. He loved it, but wished it was in a bigger bowl. Picking meat off bones requires a little more real estate. The teen's burger was to die for; so much flavor from the patty. Really tasty and special burger. The fries crispy & flavorful. Thanks again, Eve's. The menu is so eclectic; so much to sample! We'll be back again. ”

Veracruz Cod, Salmon, Braised Shirt Ribs and the Spanish Octopus appetizer- all delicious. I had the Banana Foster Oats at brunch, and it puts oatmeal into a whole new delectable taste sensation. Thanks for the great service, Areli and Sierra! We love this restaurant... ”
“ What a cute place! The restaurant is easy to find right on the corner of Telegraph. The door to enter has pretty flowers and that theme holds within the venue. Nice lighting. Bright and airy. The staff was very friendly and sat me quickly and took my order st a nice pace. I had lunch here and decided on a salad, Mother Earth, which was delicious in all the right ways. I added grilled chicken too and it was cooked perfectly. I am traveling for business but if I lived up here I would definitely come in for brunch. They close by 2pm and have a heavy amount of brunch food options which sounded great! I'll be back! ”

She made the best Old Fashion Drink. And the breakfast and lunch there is just as tasty. The service and ambiance is the best. Trust me it's worth the wait. Thank you to Eve and her husband for making my husband's birthday so special. ”

“ This was new spot to try. They have been in business for 3yrs. The service was amazing. All food is made to order so there is a bit of a wait getting it to the table. Absolutely worth the wait. The whole vibe of the place screamed ' locals favorite". It had a great energy. Our waitress was very attentive. You have to try this place. ”
